We are seeking experienced Escrow Officers to join our team. Position Overview:

We have immediate openings for skilled and motivated Escrow Officers with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex escrow transactions and possess the ability to cultivate and maintain their own book of business. In addition to overseeing escrow processes, the Escrow Officer will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing team to drive business growth. Effective collaboration with escrow assistants who share some responsibilities of the Escrow Officer will also be crucial. Experience with Qualia is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete escrow process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.

- Utilize your existing network and experience to generate and expand your own book of business.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for business development and growth.

- Review contracts, title reports, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate transaction details.

- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, and lenders.

- Work closely with underwriters to resolve any potential issues and ensure smooth transactions.

- Effectively coordinate and work with escrow assistants to ensure streamlined processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.

- Proven track record of successfully managing escrow transactions and cultivating a book of business.

- Strong understanding of real estate processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a sales and marketing team to drive business growth.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

- Experience with Qualia software is a plus.
